Need to able to book travel with award miles. There are now options now

Very poor app. Hard to find the right buttons. More than half of the time, showed error and asked you to try again. AA should fire the app designer. I will reconsider airline choice because of this very annoying app

Terrible baggage updates. Cant find info on baggage allowance for booked flights. Old setup worse than all other airline apps

This is the AA app for all bookings but you cant book using AA miles on this app. The app takes you to the web page where you then have to log in again. Very clunky design and hard to navigate.

Compared to Delta, United, Southwest, JetBlue and any, I mean, even ANY GLOBAL airlines apps, American airline app is the worst of all & astoundingly slow, nonuser friendly. Extremely slow to load. American app technical staff should be fired. Oh they have union to protect them, so they dont care about customers feedbacks. Shameful app compare to others. Take a look other airlines apps and learn from them.

Constantly crashes, wont launch. I am embarrassed for you!

This app is useless. Cant check in or pull up a boarding pass or anything. Take a cue from Delta and make something that will actually supplement the flying experience.

The app is prone to crashing, and login issues that lock me out of my account. If Im somehow able to log in, the app itself isnt very functional. Hard to select or move seats. Difficult to find the upgrade list. This is a very disappointing app for a small airline, let alone one of the largest in the US.

Over the last 2 years the app team for AA has turned this from an embarrassment to a nice and functional app. I use it for checking in, using electronic boarding passes, checking flight status and upgrade lists, and progress towards frequent flier tiers. Works great. AA please keep the improvements coming, dont rest on the wins, and ensure this app stays contemporary. A few opportunities remain: bring back the upgrade list that US Air app had available, bring more functionality to the app rather than pushing you to the AA web interface within the app.

The app is easy to use and provides helpful info on flight status, boarding pass data, and miles balance.

The iPhone AA app is crap! It wont update per notice that an update is available. I cant open it. Wanted to make a reservation to ORD. Guess Ill try United instead!

Wont even let you login to your account when you download it. Only lets you continue as a guest or re-apply. I didnt want to believe that this was the worst airline app...but it is.

Sitting here in Nuremberg attempting to check in. The app pops up and then crashes. Restarted the iPhone, same problem. Unfortunately it seem that the only way to give feedback on the app iS IN the app. Typical American airlines. "Contact Us" unless you have a problem and then we will make it as difficult as possible to contact us.

Please explain why SFO is being removed from app...

Why remove SFO maps without an explanation as to why?

The app is fine but it is missing a lot. Its hard to believe that AA does not have booking of paid and miles flights on the app. This app is years behind the Delta app.

Come on AA! United has way better UX than this app. Pay some decent software engineer to make the actual user friendly app than running the app from your mobile web page.
