Worst app and service

Ive booked two trips on the app, both have cost me over $600 and not able to use. Never got email confirmations of flights and purchases both times. One no reservation showed up at all on app, booked another flight and lost the money for the first. Second booking, it booked the wrong date. I fly over 250,000 mi a year and will now go out of my way not to use this airline.
