Risolvete il bug che quando si seleziona una data il calendario torna automaticamente su dei giorni a caso!
Scaricato lultima versione che si è installata su iOS 7.1.2 Peccato che non è compatibile e quindi non funziona più. Complimenti!!
Ottima app, bellissima e utilissima. Addirittura ero aggiornato sul ritardo dei voli prima dallapp che dai tabelloni dellaereoporto. Passbook fantastico!

Like all airlines, American airlines has chosen to redesign its app so it supports its credit card first and its passenger second. The homepage is set up to promote lavish trips and usage of the credit card. No longer can you readily find your trips when you open the app. You have to sift through a bunch of nonsense to find detail details that are most pertinent. Want to locate your most recent activity? Good luck, finding it. Not a fan.
Flights were on time and smooth flying. Service was superior
The new version of the app is buggy and unintuitive. It takes longer to do anything even on the rare occasion the app doesn’t freeze. Please bring back the old interface.
I have gone back and forth between two baggage claims and I’ve waited over and hour for my bags. It was at claim 9, then 11, 9. The app and announcer has been giving miss information. I’m highly upset and disappointed in all this. Now the personal doesn’t know where our bags are!

The updated app is terrible. You can’t read your arrival gate on the inbound flight. Do some testing before you roll out junk.
Extremely disappointing that the app is useless unless you buy a new iPhone every 6 months. Could not pull up trip info after recent update. Usually deleting and reinstalling apps helps them work better, now the app won’t let me log in. American Airlines needs to do better.
Previous ver was clean simple and did everything I needed. Now even flight status is hidden and images are so annoying.
Somehow my bag was put on the wrong flight. Hopefully it will make it to my destination within a reasonable time frame.
Luggage was lost. Was told it would be deliver at a certain time and it wasn’t and their not sure when it will be delivered
Tried to find flight status of an incoming flight so can meet party at the airport Could not find where to check flight status. Must be there somewhere in the app but could it is not obvious Tried to sign in and then the app crashed. New App needs a lot of work. United has a much better app. AA needs to check that one out.
Over the past ten years, it’s been extremely rare to see the quality of online services improve. For example, banks insist on shoving useless chat bots in our faces instead of giving us a bar graph of the money we spend per month. I’m happy to report that AA is one of the rare exceptions, joining illustrious other brands like McDonald’s. The new app is sleeker, much easier to see your mile earning activity, and has better search.
Was put on last minute contingency orders and AA refused to refund or even give full credit for the price of the ticket. They do not support military put in situations out of their control. I will never fly AA again.

I am AA Executive Platinum. The last upgrade of the app is horrible from several points. 1. It is glitchy. It just directed me to a completely wrong gate. I missed my flight because of it. 2. It is poorly designed. Last app you could easily find simple things like a flight status. Not on this one. 3. It is slow. The app performance is terrible. I am at the airport while writing this and already met several people that share my experience with and sentiment for the latest app. Fix it or revert back to the prior version. This version negatively impacts travelers.
Flight delays continue to show “on time” on the app, making it difficult to leave the gate for any reason. Prior to the app upgrade, flight delays were real time on the app
Good job once again American! You put out a horrible product where customers can even do the basics.
The app is chock full of everything you’d need for your trip on AA metal, but the new version broke the Siri Suggestions of importing flight itinerary to a calendar. Please fix or make a button that forces a push to calendar

I can check in after reloading the app multiple times, but it won’t provide a boarding pass, which is literally its only useful function. Instead it says that I can print one at a Kiosk at the airport. Total failure.
I've been using AA for years and it's great. I felt like it lacked some features like Live Activities and complications on the Apple Watch. Well, they finally added Live Activities which I have been wishing were added for a while, and it looks pretty clean. Keep up the good work.
Worst app redesign ever second only to Navy Federal’s awful redesign. Go back to the old design ASAP!
I love the new app. It is very simple and easy to navigate.
Is difficult, very old. I don’t have a set place to be and time to be there, I’m making spontaneous weekend trips on holidays weekends. The ability to find somewhere to go direct, no stops relatively quickly and affordability is what I’d like. So I have to use Google flights or kayak to find dates and destinations.
Takes forever to load, hate the user experience
The live activities feature is working super good and very handy. The boarding pass also gets updated in wallet in real time. Will look forward for more new features.
The new upgrade is horrendous. American, what were you thinking? The old version was straight forward and simple. AA is trying to cram too much info on each screen making it very difficult to read. I feel especially awful for the elder travelers and those with vision problems. Not good American, not good. Between this and the recent mechanical delays, I will be strongly considering moving to another airline after nearly 15 exclusively flying AA.
I paid for extra leg. But for some reason, my seat changed to non-economy plus. I had to check seat number when I check in at airport. not happy at all

The new app lost a lot of the functionality of the old app which was really helpful. Like flight status and showing incoming flight.
New app is totally redesigned. Requires a little getting accustomed to but it is better. AA though could make another improvement compared to a competitor starting with D… it would be nice to see status earnings based on booked upcoming flights.
I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for my luggage. Everyone from my flight has left. No sig of my luggage. The person in charge of lost luggage says that when (if) they find it they cannot deliver it to our hotel. I am 78 years old and need a place to sit and a kind person to help me.
The airline left my baggage behind and I have a Navy graduation ceremony tomorrow morning!! Hate this airline!!
I should be able to work with a Human at the Airport for flight changes and rebookings I was made to call someone to manage a complex Change of separating people out on a flight to rebook one and not the others. It was a missed opportunity to drive brand affinity, because I HATE your chat bots and AI bots on the phone until I can get to a person who is continents away sometimes.
Paid to upgrade my seat and boarding. Bc my last flight, they made everyone in group 8 check thier bag. AA canceled the flight I paid for the upgrade. And put me on another flight. Patiently waited 5 hours in the airport. When I finally got a chance I respectfully asked (full flight so I didn’t even push the $39 seat upgrade I paid for) I did ask if they could honor early boarding I had already paid for. The two ladies at the front desk told me to just process for a refund. (I’ve never processed a refund in my life. It’s not about the money. It’s the principle) lastly when I expressed my frustration in the fact that AA had completely dropped the ball. One of the ladies only response was, Sir you always need to read the fine print. When you pay for any upgrade”

For the Upcoming Trips page, could it list the trips as Origin -> Destination, instead of Origin -> First Stop? My home airport is a small regional and I have to connect through CLT on every trip. All of my trips display as XXX -> CLT. It would be much more helpful if this displayed my final destination.
I was asked to review it 4 times within 60 seconds while I was busy trying to use the app.
I appreciate the revamp, but “buttons” are non-responsive on trip/itinerary pages. The app freezes and crashes when making certain selections, like when you tap your seat assignment to change seats.
Have been waiting 30 minutes for luggage to arrive. AA staff couldn’t be more indifferent. No information. No communication. No apologies.

New update is very slow to respond. Checking seat maps, etc is very slow to respond. First screen no longer shows all upcoming trips. Get that non-frequent travelers are the majority of fliers, but they’re also the least users of your app.
Great graphics but tapping is non responsive
I travel every week and love being able to just check my phone app to check in, find lounge in international airport, view gate changes. It is easy to use and reliable.
Supposed to get home 3 days ago but they keep pushing it back or sending me to the wrong place so I’m living in the airport right now
I bought a flight for my nephew who has cancer to join our family vacation as a surprise. His return flight was delayed which would have caused him to miss his connecting flight. Your app contacted him 6 hours prior to his departure of the delay, and I was able to change his flight on the app in less than 5 minutes. What he thought would be a worry ended up being so easy. We were able to enjoy the last 5 hours together as a family instead of worrying about him getting home! I love that convenience! Thank you!!
