Disappointed

Downloaded this app as a result of a vacation using American Airlines to fly.

The app did not retain my flight information. I had to re- enter it every time I launched the app. Thinking that this might be related to the AA advantage program, I registered but the app continues to forget my itinerary.

Registered the night before my flight to confirm seats and get electronic ticket (use my iPhone as the ticket). Turn out the electronic ticket was not available for my flights.

Did not have gate information at my connecting destination because the app would not save any of my ticket/flight information.

To modify any of my personal information I have to regularly input my password. I appreciate the security concerns, but the level of re-entry of my password is ridiculous.

I am NOT impressed.

A lot if other unnecessary features are also in the app. (i.e. suduko). Why add the extras when the basics do not work?
